Japanese Restaurant Style Salad Dressing

| 1/2 cup | canola oil |
| 1/4 cup | rice wine vinegar |
| 1/2 cup | minced onion |
| 2 Tbsp | water |
| 2 Tbsp | ginger root |
| 1/4 cup | celery |
| 8 tsp | soy sauce |
| 2 tsp | sugar |
| 2 tsp | fresh lemon juice |
| 1 tsp | minced garlic |
| 1/2 tsp | table salt |
| 1/4 tsp | black pepper |
Finely dice or mince the onions, celery, ginger root, and garlic. Dump all ingredients into a blender and blend on high speed for about 30 seconds or until all of the ingredients are well-pureed.
Shake well before each use.
