Nacho Cheese Sauce


1-1/2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp corn starch
1/2 cup milk
1 oz cream cheese, cubed
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/8 cup Monterey Jack, shredded
1/2 tbsp hot sauce (maybe more)
1 tbsp paprika


This recipe works best when you prep everything and set it out before you start cooking.

  1. Melt the butter in sauce pan.
  2. Stir in the corn starch.
  3. Add the milk.
  4. Add the cheddar and stir until it is well melted.
  5. Add the Jack and stir again.
  6. Add the paprika and chili powder
  7. Add hot sauce.  Taste, and add more if desired.
  8. Stir well and serve hot.
