Spinach Artichoke Dip By Guy Fieri

(This is designed to be a good recipe for tailgating or other quick and simple scenarios.)


1/2 cup roasted red bell pepper, diced
14 oz artichoke hearts, unmarinaded, chopped
9 oz frozen creamed spinach, thawed
2 tbsp pesto sauce
1/2 cup red onion, finely diced
2 tbsp mayo
1 tsp coarse black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated


  1. Combine ingredients
  2. Cook till it looks good. (He said, for tailgating, to cook it on a grill for 15 minutes)
  3. Serve with tortilla chips and/or pita chips
